USES:
Teneligliptin is a novel DPP-4(dipeptidyl peptidase4) inhibitor, it is used for the treatment of type 2
diabetes mellitus when patients do not show sufficient improvement after diet control and exercise
or a combination of diet control, exercise, and other drug therapy.
Teneligliptin is an anti-diabetic medication. It works by increasing the release of insulin from the
pancreas and decreasing the hormones that raise blood sugar levels. This reduces the fasting and
postmeal sugar levels.
